It would be more accurate to say that you have an ovulation DAY rather than week, as it doesn’t take an entire week to ovulate. Therefore, OVULATION WEEK can be broken into two parts.
During the first part of week three of your cycle, the egg reaches full maturity and is released. You’ll still be riding the energy high and might feel extra confident around ovulation time. Libido will be at its highest point for the month, which is perfect timing, baby-wise.
A few days after ovulation, however, you might start to feel the very beginning of week four’s Premenstrual Stage. This is the second part of Ovulation Week.
HORMONE HAPPENINGS
Estrogen and testosterone levels dip around ovulation day, but then levels start to climb again. Progesterone levels, on the other hand, tend to increase all week.
HOW YOU MIGHT FEEL
Many women feel great around ovulation day. The high levels of energy and positive mood experienced during week two will probably continue for you around this time; however, some women feel cramping or pain during ovulation.
A few days after ovulation, you might start to experience food cravings as well as a return to feeling tired, sluggish, and irritable as this week leads into the dreaded Premenstrual Week.
QUESTION – OVULATION CAN LEAD TO THE BEGINNING OF LIFE. DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN? IF SO, HOW MANY?
